Hey there! I’m Graham.

A few things about me: I love playing sports, coaching little league sports, doing creative projects, taking risks, starting new things, watching true-story movies, family, traveling, the lake + the ocean, and people. Man, I really love people.

When my life is over, I want to feel freaking exhausted. I want to have loved well, lived hard, and been true to my authentic self. And the older we become, the harder that can be. As we age, there is a strong temptation to begin to coast. To settle. To risk less, live less + to play less. As Benjamin Franklin said, “Most people die at 25 and aren’t buried until they’re 75”.

But that’s not the way I want to live. I want to know that nothing was left in my tank, that I gave it everything I had. To know that God gave me many talents, as the parable says, and to feel that I multiplied them to the very best of my ability. That I went after life with zeal.

As the Stoics say, ‘Memento Mori’ , which means “Remember That You Will Die”. How surreal is that? Some would say morbid, but not me. I think its inspiring and just a good dose of reality. Let it shoot blood through our veins and cause us to PRESS ON. Hopefully my last day is a long time from now, but the truth is: it could be tomorrow. Maybe for me, or maybe for you.

So I hope my site encourages “aka puts courage into” it’s readers to GO FOR IT. Forget what other people think. You gotta be your biggest fan. Then, go be other peoples’ biggest fan too. Our world needs more people who are determined to give it everything they’ve got. Don’t be crippled by fear, don’t live small, and don’t give up too early...

As my dude Kobe said,

REST AT THE END.

This is NORTH KOREA.

Yep, that North Korea. When I heard about the opportunity to

go, I was immediately in.

Risk. Story. People. Adventure.

This is the stuff I love.

This is my hero,

MELVIN BESSINGER.

Soldier. Entrepreneur. Family Man. Ordinary Hero.

Born dirt poor and 1 of 11 kids, my granddad came from humble roots. Off to WWII at the age of 17, he had a love for country and desire to make impact.

After storming the beaches of Normandy on D-Day II, he fought on, to save our freedom. Months later, he was captured by the Germans, yet managed to survive + escape POW camp after almost 4 weeks.

He eventually became the 1st in his family to ever attend college, at The Citadel. And thankfully he went on to create the legacy of Melvin’s BBQ, still one of Charlestons’ most iconic BBQ restaurants today.

I love meeting new people + networking. Some say I’ve never met a stranger, but time will tell.

If you have a fun or big idea… there are few things I’d love more than to help you actually execute it. Just shoot me a text or give me a call. For real.
